This is second hand, but still worth posting.
A few students were talking about pickup lines in latin last year. One physics major says to the guy sort-of leading the discussion "C'mon, you're just not speaking my language here!" He spend the rest of lunch muttering "physics, physics" and by the end of the meal he had one.

"Bodies in motion tend to stay in motion, so why don't we get in motion?"
